| “This unit has sat in storage for a long time with little use in last 9 years. It has a mildew smell inside and has some other problems but will make a great buy for someone who is a little handy. Other issues include the speedometer is not working correctly, window seals need repair and she needs new tires. Got new tires May 2012 but they are now aged with no miles on them. Otherwise the coach is a bargain and all appliances work well. It had a re-built engine installed back in September 2008 and has only had 5000 miles put on it since. You will need to check this one out before buying if you can.” |

This coach is owned by my neighbor who stopped using it many years ago. I am helping him sell it. While on a trip in New Mexico in 2008 the engine had a problem in a cylinder and the engine had to be rebuilt. It had about 60,000 miles on it at the time. The coach had a rebuilt engine installed and the speedometer was set to zero. Very few miles since then. Current owner is the original owner who paid $117k back in June 2002.
