New vinyl floor, interior paint, kitchen counter new laminate stainless steel kitchen sink, new back splash, 1000 watt Microwave, electric/gas side by side Refrigerator with new Stainless Steel Wrap, Gas stove with oven, washer/dryer working but i have not test a full load cycle, upgraded toilet, new Queen mattress, 32 in LED TV in room installed, new curtains, nice size shower and accessories, new bathroom sink and laminate counter top, bathroom interior upgraded, new 40 in LED TV installed in living room, window tinted all around, new laminate dining table and sits with storage, jackknife sofa, all new ceiling interior lights, no leaks, 2 new AC MOTORS installed and running cold, 2 new deep cycle batteries, one new chassis battery, roof sealed with 15 yr product, upgraded exhaust vents, 100 gal potable water tank, 100 gal grey water and 100 gal waste tank, ONAN 5500 power generator and running smooth oil and filter changed also new starter and fuel pump. Unit has leveling jacks, large awning with enclosed room. LED front markers. Everything works as it should. I just drove 107 miles from St Cloud to Melbourne, the RV runs very smooth.
