Selling my parents" 2002 Bounder RV as my father recently passed away unexpectedly and we no longer have a use for it. They purchased it as a demo unit in 2003 with 9k miles on it. 39" long with a single slide-out in the living area and side awning. Diesel pusher - Cummins Turbo with Allison transmission on Freightliner Chassis w/ air suspension and power hydraulic leveling jacks - this is the real deal. 122k miles. Unit is well used as they traveled the country extensively - but not abused and well maintained. Carpet has been removed and laminate flooring throughout except front cockpit. It came up from Mississippi this spring towing a car on dolly so it is certainly roadworthy. Tires, inverter and awning are recent. Diesel Generator (only 400 hours), Satellite DirecTV system, Stove, Microwave, Side by Side Refrigerator, Dual Roof Air Conditioners and Combination Washer-Dryer. Lots of storage space underneath. Queen bed. This is not really a unit for a beginner for local camping. It is more suited for a serious RV"r (requires special license in at least some states due to weight) to winter down South or travel the country. If you have the wherewithal to operate and maintain it, this RV has many years of fun and relaxation left in it. Great traveling machine for retired couple/snowbirds. $24,000 OBRO. Based on discussions with used RV dealers I believe this is a very fair price (Average NADA price about $30k - we have priced this unit to sell - no reasonable offer refused).
