Vehicle description

REAL NICE original coach. plenty of room without feeling like you are driving a train. this is the last item needed to be sold to settle my father in laws estate ,. he had moved to Missouri about 10 yrs ago( from floirda).I THE SON IN LAW IS SELLING THIS MOTORHOME AND HAVE IT ON DISPLAY AT OUR HORSE FARM NEAR OCALA ,FL. THE ENGINE IS A FORD V10 GIVING IT PLENTY OF POWER,and comfortable to drive and ride in. i drove him back to florida in it to spend his last days with his family. it drove over 1000 miles flawlessly. cold dash air conditioning, both roof top air conditioners work fine, and there is a large 7kw onan generator to power both air conditoners. the interior is not ripped, worn, or stained at all( fabric seating, couch, etc),even the tires are like new. the exterior has a good gloss and all graphics are painted on( NOT decals that show their age easily). this is a comfortable coach, and only has 48,860 original miles since new. i personally own a motorhome and have done so since 1979.the beauty of this coach is the 2 slides on the coach make for it being very up to date, offering scads of room when opened.also the depreciation is nearly out of this vehicle. in the next 10 years this coach WILL NOT depreciate more than half its current value, THAT IS LESS THAN $1,000 A YEAR.hard to own a coach costing approx $180,000 ( what a current model will cost) ; cost you less in depreciation than most popular passenger cars on the road today. the coach has AT LEAST another 100,000 miles before major reconditioning items needs to be replaced to make it in top condition: fresh oil change, one ding in one of the smallest basement( storage) doors. it also has a few water stains on the curtains due to the interior windows sweating when closed up. this coach was kept under cover its entire life, thus the great cosmetic condition it has. also being owned by an elderly couple it was kept up like new inside. as i said it drives perfect. not pulling one way or the other going down the road, and plenty of power. the brake system was just refilled with fresh fluid just for preventative maintenance just before the trip from Missouri to florida.MOST of the miles were put on driving back and forth to florida to spend the winter months. any questions, call terry
