2007 40ft Allegro Bus Diesel Pusher-Sold Cherry Wood Cabinetry. Condition is "Used"
Selling beautiful Allegro Bus due to health issues. The motorhome has 53,020.6 miles on it as of this ad. Due to the pandemic, we have not traveled since 2019 and it has been stored undercover. When the 4 slideouts are open in this 40ft home, you feel like you are in a lovely condo. The layout for the motorhome is below and shows 2 sofas. One of the sofas was replaced in 2019 with two new Lazy Boy recliners. At the same time, a brand-new Samsung TV was installed behind the opposite sleeper sofa on a lift. Press the remote and up pops the tv across from the comfy recliners. In August of 2017, we replaced the original King Satellite receiver with a Winegard receiver at the Tiffin plant in Alabama. Total of 3 tvs – two in living room area and one in the bedroom. The unit includes beautiful tiled living room, dining and kitchen floors, convection microwave, a stacked washer and dryer, an inhouse vacuuming system, large separate shower, 4 door refrigerator and two vanity sinks (one in the separate bathroom) and another in the bedroom, large closet across the entire back of the motorhome and a king sized bed. The kitchen has more than ample counter space (Corian counter tops) and includes a drawered pull-out that provides even more space. The dining room table pulls out to make room for the two extra chairs that are stored under the bed. Loads of storage inside and under motor home including under pull out drawers. Blue OX tow package. Other upgrades: August 2017 – replaced all tires with Michelin tires and replaced all overhead lights with led bulbs. August 2017 – Serviced at FCSC Factory Service Center, Gaffney, SC – replaced plastic surge tank with metal tank. Complete engine service. February 2019: Radiator flush and thermostat replacement September 2019 – Installation of the exceptional HWH Hyraulic leveling system #AP60427 with PGTL pilot dump (cost of $7,000). Mattress replaced on king sized bed – 2018 Although our motorhome is in good condition there are a couple of items needing work: Insulate engine compartment – insultation material from Tiffin is included just needs to be installed. Bathroom light not working Left side driver’s mirror is usable and manually adjustable but not working electronically to adjust. Notes on Photos: The photo of the side with the Lazy Boy recliners was taken when the slide was not open. I have included a photo of the coach when all slides were open (before we put in the recliners) so you can see how spacious it is. Please feel free to contact mel with any questions.
