I"m selling this 5th Wheel RV for my mom. It is located in Norca, CA.
PROS
Most everything seems to be in good working order.
The slide outs work fine. The fridge is cold. The last time the heater was used it worked fine. Except for the bathroom, the wood is in pretty good condition. The roof is sound, there are no leaks. Two brand new deep cycle marine batteries.
Clear title, tagged to 2019.
All original materials included.
CONS Cosmetically, it needs some attention to be nice.
The carpet is probably the worst.
The decals are peeling.
Both the side and rear awning need to be replaced.
The wallpaper is peeling in a couple places.
The plastic cover/vent in the bathroom is cracked.
The tires are original. They look ok as it was mostly in the shade of a tree, but probably should be carefully inspected and possibly replaced if any serious distances were to be traveled.
The AC blew cool, but not cold when I checked it.
As far as I can tell it is a perfectly usable 5th wheel that needs maybe a couple thousand dollars of work to be really nice.
