MCD shades Tires are a year half old Wooden valances made in Nappanee, IN. by Amish Make Offer Only reason we are selling our rv we have stopped traveling and bought a home. We have owned this rv for2.5 years we are the second owner. It has never been in a wreck tour knowledge. It has a clean title. I have always maintained the RV if it need fixed I got it repaired. In the last 2 half years and half both ac units have been replaced. Every thing is intact nothing is broken it is fully functional full timers unit. It has a residential Frigidaire side by side doors with a flip of the switch can run off the 4 golf cart batteries. Two ac units that are duct. It has a splendide RV washer dryer stack-able. It has a big foot leveling system. The 38CKRD is one of if not the best floor plan in the RV industry. The unit will need two recliners the couch is comfortable the imitation leather has came off in spots but still a good couch.The unit has a large pass thru basement with a basement tray. Three axles with tires 16 months old good years. It has two doors on the front side of camper the RV has a lot of windows in it which help shave a good cross breeze. The bed is a queen size we will be keeping the mattress tho. Has a electric fire place. A large Samsung tv in front room and a Samsung in the bedroom. Lots of storage all thru the unit we even add extra cabinet and larger pantries. Microwave convection oven and a gas stove top. The decals on the unit have faded but there isn"t any damage to the outside walls. Smoke free Pet free. I do have more pictures. Please study all pictures like where the sink is compared to the example of the floor plan.
