This coach is on a Newell Chassis, with 500HP 60Series Detroit Engine and Allison automatic transmission with retarder. Is approximately 45 feet long, has 3 slide, Has 226,247 miles on it. This Coach is loaded with Air self leveling, Heated Floors, Air pocket doors, Electric window awning, Solid stone counters, Marble counter tops and Marble tile heated floors. Electric interior window shades, Aqua hot system, 2 basement AC units, Aluminium roof, Newer Chassis batteries and much more! Built in Power Tech 20,000K diesel generator with 8,417 hours on it. The coach has Texas Salvage Title due to front damage. Front generator slid out on the road. Please see insurance pictures before repairs were made at very end. No structural damage noted, Rear left slide out seal needs to be replaced, pocket doors are not working, master bath rear toilet not working, Marble tile on entry steps is broken, left windshield has a crack, generator slide was made in to manual lock and pull out. Coach has had some fiberglass damage in front and rear with previous repairs that appear to be not in good quality. Coach has no smell of wet, mold or smoke. All slides work good, generator, Aqua hot, leveling, water system, Heating and AC are all in working order. All major appliances and components have been tested and are in working order. Coach runs and drives, we drove it from Texas to California and is now in Rocklin Sacramento area in California and is for sale by a dealer. There is no financing available.
