The coach has Texas Salvage Title due to Interior fire damage. There was fire damage in the ceiling area of the passenger side living area. No structural damage noted, outside is very good shape with some damage to the entry door. All slides work good, generator, Aqua ho t, leveling, water system. All major appliances and components have been tested and are in working order. Awning and CA units do not work due to wire damage. Per previous listing before the fire at 140k miles coach has has been Freshly Serviced with All New Airbags, New Batteries, All New Fluids & Oils, Aqua Hot System has been Freshly Serviced.
