2001 Featherlite Trailer with office/lounge in good condition. Trailer has been used sparingly since it’s existence and in the past three years has 70,000 miles on it. Never an issue since I have owned in 2012. Unit houses 20,000KW Kohler generator that has been serviced every 400 - 500 hours of run time as well as refrigerator with freezer and microwave and three air conditioning/heater units. Tons of storage space on main level including drawers, short cabinets and tall cabinets all with shelving. Air conditioning units keep 53’ trailer cool throughout and lockable, tinted sliding doors keep cool air in and heat out. Office features L-shaped leather couch and two office desks with chairs. Plenty of storage space in office/lounge along with opening for TV. Four outside storage compartments with normal wear on trailer. Trailer has seen snow on a few occasions while travel but, has been in the Southern states during Midwest winter months. Annual trailer safety completed in July of 2017 with a clean bill of health on tires and brakes. Observation deck with ladders and seats included
Trailer also comes with 53’ X 26’ high quality Italian designed and manufactured Gatel tent. Tent comes with three sets of sliding doors, stretch walls as well as 3mm thick ground sheet. Tent has four air vents in side walls and two air vents in roof. LED light system for tent also included as well as easy to install trailer skirt. Tent rack system for easy storage on upper level. Tent top has two small holes but seller will pay for purchaser to repair
