Up for auction is a 2001 Casita Spirit 17ft Deluxe trailer, its well equipped with a front Bathroom, Side dinette table that converts into a single person bed, rear dinette which converts into a full bed that can sleep two adults. Everything in the trailer is in working condition. There"s No fiberglass damage, no cracks, no leaks, almost all of the windows has been re-sealed, exterior screw caps has been replaced, front door has also been re-sealed, 14" vent cover replaced, both front restroom small vent caps has been replaced, two 14" tires about 1 year old "still in good condition", wheel bearings has been re-greased and recapped " lug nut protector added", adjusted brake drums pads. Deep cycle battery replaced, added a front electric tongue jack.
