Has new flooring, freshly painted cabinets, new cushion coverings, and new curtains. Both beds have very thick mattress pads on top of the original mattresses. Beds are 74 in x 76 in and 55 in x 74 in. Great sleeping space! Also, the couch and dinette make sleeping spaces too. Comes with mini fridge and microwave we added. Has air conditioner and heater.
