Excellent Condition for the Year
If your looking for a nice clean pop up, this is for you. .
Lightweight little pop up with lots of features 1600 lbs Uses a 2" ball and 7 pin electrical connection Does not have electric brakes, so no state inspection required
It has Cold A/C, Gas furnace I check the AC today, it was 94 outside and the a/c was blowing at 59 degrees 3 way refrigerator. Gas/Electric/12v. Works well Gas Stove that can be used inside or outside mounted to the side of the camper Water system is manual pump from tank, or city water connection. Does not have hot water or hot water heater. Outside Awning. Also comes with a screen room that attaches to the camper and the awning. I have no idea how it sets up, so i didn"t even try. All panels and poles are there Cranks down stabilizers front and rear
We took this in on trade from the original owner. Well maintained and cared for camper. The canvas and screens are in excellent condition. They were replace at some time. Tires are in good shape, no signs of dry rotting including the spare All systems are in working order. I brought is home and cleaned it and checked it out this weekend. The camper is solid, the roof and floors are solid, no soft spots or signs of any water damage. Interior mattress, cushions and seats are in great shape, no odors, tears.
The only 2 things noticed about the camper. The decals are starting too peel and the front bunk has a seam on the underside that looks to have been reinforced. Both shown in pictures.
