Vehicle description
The coach, in general, is in good shape. The Pilot and Passenger seats turn to face the Living room. The front room and the Kitchen areas wood floors with tile in bathroom. The bedroom is completely carpeted. This cozy bedroom affords a perfect retreat after a day"s adventures. The bed is Queen size. Both TV"s cabinetry and all the wood throughout the coach is beautiful hardwood. The storage area under the coach is larger than most RV"s. The hand-painted graphic on the back of the RV is one of a kind, - every Safari has a different one and it is signed by the artist. Each has hidden animals in the painting. As an extra, the coach is set up to tow.
Not just for fun - Live Comfortably in this 40" foot long RV
The price of $19,999 is lower than the trade would show. Below I will mention a few things that we have adjusted price down for.
1) TV Roof Antenna has been blown off and left a hole in the roof. It has been sealed and does not leak. If I were to replace it I would have a new one like the original. It was a crank up from the inside and then turned to find the station. This is old technology as today most people install or set out a box and it finds the station automatically. We did not use the antenna as we camped in RVParks and hooked up our TV there.
2) Couch needs to be recovered. It is useable but the leather is shot. We would rather reduce the price and you pick the color yourself.
3) Awning motor does not work. I would replace it with a pull-down awning but nowadays most RVs have an electric one. Anyone handy with electricity could most likely fix this.
4) Generator - At present does not run. Again since we are always hooked up at an RV Park we do not need it. I took the coach to an RV Repair shop and they hooked it up to an outside Power Source and it worked just fine. The trouble is it does not get power from the batteries. This RV repair does not work on electrical things. Again we are always hooked up to 220 power at the campground.
5) Paint - The cover Cote of Paint is peeling around the front window. I have been told it has not affected the undercoating and it could be repainted.
Slide out in the living room is 18Ft. Powered leveling jacks 3. 6 Batteries (2 Coach 4 House.) Large Desk / Eating Table, 3 Burner Stove, Microwave, Freezer / Refrigerator, Kitchen Sink and Double drain, Drawers and cupboard under sink and stove. 2 Front Leather Armrest Chairs Rotate, Large Bathroom with Shower, Sink, Toilet in Separate Room, Bedroom has Queen bed w/ Shoe Rack on both sides and Closets.
