I enjoyed economic living in sunny Florida this past winter. This is a 2001 38’ diesel Safari Zanzibar with a Cat 330 and 7.5 diesel generator with expandable living with a living area and bedroom slide outs. Unit has approximately 102K miles. Refrigerator was replaced in 2016 and tires are similar dated. Has Colorado awning and awnings on all the windows with all window coverings and windshield screen. I purchased it this past fall and used it for my Flordia stay and looking at buying a condo and will no longer need my RV. Furnace goes on but last week it did not supply heat but blower goes on. Had a water value crack due to high pressure serge (didn"t hook up my presure regulator) and had to replace with some minor modification to do it (see picture). New bluetooth backup camera and new TV. Has a satellite dish but don’t know how it works, never used it but have manual. It had a roof leak at the front cap but resealed and everything is fine now. Step doesn’t work, and use it with a brace. Unit is currently finance so I will provide a bill of sale and have the credit union forward the signed off title when sold and check clears. Delivery to new buyer will be when funds clear or cash is paid. I am working on a new couch and if I fix the step and furnace it will be reflected in a new offered price.
