Camper features air conditioning, furnace w/thermostat, refrigerator, awning, 2 table areas, King and Queen beds, new tires and a spare, u-shaped couch area. curtains and upholstery is like new. canvas/vinyl in good shape but does have patched area as shown in pics. Vinyl was patched with eternabond which will never leak. Or if it really bugs you you can replace just that end of the vinyl through bear creek canvas. Ceiling could use repainting, in spots. (Under where the door hangs for transport). Has the adjustable goshen lift system recently greased. clear title
