The roof has been re-sealed when I got it in 2017.
I changed a few of the light bulbs to LED for dry camping.
It has a small solar battery charger
Propane generator 6.5 KW 85 hours
2 AC units.
It runs really good. It gets about 11 mpg. Everything works: stove hot water heater, air conditioner, radio, ceiling fan, doors, central heat and air, power leveling Jack"s.
The negative is - some clear paint pealing on front and rear bumpers and some on right side. (I have paint, just haven"t done it). There is some water stain on ceiling around shower sky light (that is why I got the roof sealed as soon as I got it and before the rainy season). The roof has not leaked since I have owned it. I tried to get the stain out but was unsuccessful. The transmission leaks a little oil around the tail shaft.
I have described everything as best as i can and remember.
We have only used it a few times to the desert, a few times to the beach, and once to the river. We just don"t use it enough. it comes with a full tank of fuel. I always keep it full of fuel. I really want it to go to a family that will appreciate it. Be realistic come see it drive it. Then make me an offer. If you want a diesel pusher motorhome there is not a better priced one within 200 miles.
