Nice low mileage coach with only 40500 miles. Runs and drives nice. Rear bedroom. Super slide kitchen and living room area. Dining table and chairs. Sleeper couch. Walk in shower. Generator. Washer and dryer hook up. Lots of cabinets and countertop space. Inside is in very good condition. Could use a carpet upgrade. Outside is in good condition, but does have some delamination of the paint. Does need a little tlc. 1 of the leveling jacks needs fixed. It goes down but needs help getting back up. Electric steps needs some work. They work sometimes but not always. Probably a bad wire? Or ground? Not sure what it needs. Back up camera doesn’t work right. Awning needs reattached to coach. Screws came out. I have tried to list everything that I know of. I would consider a partial trade for a light weight travel trailer. The Motorhome is being sold as is. I will require a non refundable deposit of 500 dollars due within 48 hrs after the end of the auction. Balance due when you pick up the coach in cash or money order
