Vehicle description
It is a Canadian built RV on a Ford box truck chassis and engine. 88K on the odometer.
The Good:
*It has 6 almost new tires (approx 1000 miles on them).
*It has the original manual and all all manuals for every fixture which comes in handy when something goes wrong.
*AC units on truck and RV blows very cold.
*Batteries are in good shape.
*Generator was refurbished and works fine.
*It comes with a power washer, if you need one.
*It starts and runs great. It has had a recent oil change. *It comes with a new lock for the main door - but you gotta install it yourself.
* It has 2 flat screen TVs with DVD players. Use Mohu or Amazon fire stick for over the air TV. I have a Muhu here for free.
*If you pick it up locally, it has a full tank of gas.
*Everything works, except: fridge is touch and go. Freezer works. Shower, bathroom,hot water heater, sinks, outside shower, stove, oven, micro,TVs, lights - all good. Radio is outdated with a cassette player.
*I"m throwing in a power brick that plugs into the cigarette lighter. It has USB ports and electric ports. The TVs can be used on the go with the adapter.
*It comes with an adapter for house power. It converts 30amp to 15amp. The power cable has a new plug and the adapter is new.

The Bad: *It has sat for the Summer. It is a little musty. At 20 years old, it should be.
*It has a leak over the loft bed. I have been lazy and kept a bowl under it but that is the biggest problem.
*I cannot get the ignition key out. The steering column is a little wonky and I don"t want to mess with fire. It turns over, runs and shifts just fine. I lock the RV via the side door and passenger/driver doors.
*The shower head holder snapped. You can get one for a couple dollars.
*Fridge is touch and go. Freezer fine. *I have never used the awning. The rod for it is in one of the bins.
*Toilet works fine but is old. You have to remove the lid instead of lift it.
* The one outside bin needs a latch - see pics - it"s like 10 dollars on Amazon .
* One of the 2 cigarette lighters doesn"t work but you can run everything: phone charger, electric, TV off the brick on a single lighter port.
