2000 Fleetwood Avion Savanna 5th wheel 35 5W. Needs some work on roof and couple small places in the floor. Will need new carpet or vinyl tile. Purchased new in 1999 and lived in while doing construction work. Has 3 slide outs, raised ceiling, oak cabinets, gas/electric refrigerator, gas hot/electric hot water, gas stove, roof ac, full shower, seperate toilet. has gooseneck adapter that can be removed for 5th wheel hookup. 60 gal fresh water, 2 40 gal grey water, and 40 gal black water holding tanks. Front 12 volt leveling jacks with rear stabilizing jacks. Would make an excellent platform for a tiny house and use existing amenities.
