Wonderful 1983 Avion 30P we bought from original owner with original Avion books. Hate to sell but I will be relocating. Remodeled several items over the past 10 years for our summer vacations. Solid floor and ceiling never any leaks anywhere just dated original floor tile so replaced with vinyl rustic oak plank floor. Other items replaced include double recliner sofa, rocker swivel recliner, kitchen spray faucet, microwave, 110 refrigerator didn’t want propane fridge I was going to install more solar, hot water heater, portable washing machine for when needed, batteries, 100 watt solar panel and control panel ,tires 2 years old with hardly any miles, JVC Bluetooth stereo,tile counter and backsplash. 2 year old upgraded plush parklane full size mattress. Avion is ready to travel anywhere everything works and will demonstrate upon pick up. During the 10 years I have polished and cleaned the trailer and kept up all maintainence.
