I"m not a Dealer , just selling this great clean Winnebago Rialta 22QD for the owner who owned it for a little over 1year. He has decided to move to Puerto Rico soon and has only taken one trip to Florida April 2017 . He Cranked engine everyday and has performed well. Clean Title and will need to Registered again at the end of June 2018. Steering radius and driving comfort will amaze you . Anyone I have spoken with has great comment on this vehicle. It"s lightweight, and parks very comfortably for any age.
A professional RV Mobile specialist provided an inspection on 5/26/2018 - Condition , See notes , suggestions all listed in photos . The Generator has been repaired , new fuel pump and carburetor repaired. Hours of usage on GENERAC generator : 353 hours. New tires were suggested for long road trips. Front Windshield Rubber Gasket should be replaced, ( see photos) . Roof has been washed and Sealed after inspection on 5/26/2018. Overall this is a very clean , awning is clean , operates as designed.
All Air Conditioners cool . 1.Overhead , 2.Above the drivers head, and 3.Volkswagen drivers A/C cool . The front a/c just received new Freon on 5/25/2018.
This clean Rialta RV is sold as is. The buyer will be responsible for shipping or local pickup from Dallas Texas. Payment after winning bid must be received within 3 days after end of Auction. Payment must be made by Cashiers Check and must be cleared by Bank before taking possession of vehicle .
Cosmetic issues are shown in photos : 1. Interior trim has been repaired next to the drivers door, 2. Interior trim (plastic) is cracked on the passenger side behind windshield. 3. Frond of vehicle (hood and passenger door shows a blister of paint that is shown in photo . Approximate Size of a silver dollar.
