This is a 1999 28ft Tioga Class C motor-home with a V-10 Ford chassis. The mileage is 110,000 and it is used but priced accordingly. The needs are: chassis air blows but not cold, the generator needs a fuel pump, and the rear bumper shows some rust. The rear corner has some fiberglass damage as shown in the photo. The fiberglass damage has been there for 8 years and does not affect the awning or operation. The good news is; the unit has been kept in covered storage the past 12 years, the coach AC works great, heat, fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven and bathroom all work great. Air and heat are ducted and thermostat controlled. The windshield is in great condition. The drive-train pulls great. I purposefully bought the shortest unit with a V10 to ensure it would not struggle to pull SUV, boat or motorcycles. It has been a great RV for us just have not used it recently and family needs have changed.
