Hello and thanks for looking. This motorhome belongs to my parents, they are now in their 80s and doing well but it"s time to give up the motorhome. This is a 2005, 24" in absolute EXCELLENT CONDITION, it has about 23,500 miles, it has the Chevy 6.0 motor and gets around 14 MPG, has rarely ever seen rain. Always stored in the garage, always properly winterized and always kept like new, never smoked in, "Everything" works as it should, the tires are like new, had brakes and rotors put on last year just because, has Onan generator with 95 hours, microwave, oven and cook top, refrigerator works great, sleeps 6, has the TV VCR player, outside stereo, outside shower, etc., Awning is also just a couple years old and operates smoothly and it is clean as a whistle. There is also a beautiful aluminum storage box that fits in the rear receiver (paid over $500) included, I forgot to get a pic of it.
