Vehicle description
This is a well maintained and easy to drive Class C RV with only 37,361 miles on it. It just had a $2k brake job done in October of last year. (have receipts) The front tires are new (replaced by dealer) and the back aren"t too far from it. It has two new deep cycle batteries (replaced by dealer as well) and the Onan 4kw generator only has 121 hours on it. Did I mention that it has the bulletproof Triton V10 engine in it? Well it most certainly does. .
I bought this for temporary housing three months ago and no longer need it. It sleeps 5 people comfortably but you could easily put a cot and/or sleeping bag in the living room floor, and the little kids could also share beds making even more room. The kitchen has a 10" electric slide and all appliances work great; AC, Heat, Water Heater, Water Pump, Fridge, Convection Microwave. I"m not aware of any mechanical problems with this vehicle nevertheless its being sold "as is" without any warranty or guarantee implied. The RV is currently hooked up to electric, water, and gas so you can check these systems on site. Its not new by any means so it has reasonable wear for a 19 year old RV but you"re not paying the price of a new one. Not by a long shot! This RV is priced at $12,500 cash for a quick sale and if it doesn"t sell within the next week it goes with us. That price is FIRM so if you can find a better deal then please go buy that one. Seriously, I had someone waste 5hrs of my time on Friday, and I get lowball texts on a daily basis so lets not waste each others time!
