Vehicle description

This is a well maintained and easy to drive Class C RV with just under 40k miles on it. Its a Sunseeker by Forest River model # 305S. We recently took it on a 2500 mile trip across country fully loaded down on the inside and pulling 3.5k # behind it and it didn’t skip a beat! We averaged 7-8mpg the whole trip so not too bad considering all the weight and mountains. It had a $2k brake job done in October of last year and I do have receipts; brake pads, rotors, seals, calipers, hoses, etc. Front tires are new [DOT stamped 2015 but newly installed in 2018] and the back aren"t too far from it [DOT stamped and installed in 2017]. It has two new deep cycle batteries and the Onan 4kw generator only has 200 hours on it. Did I mention that it has the bulletproof Triton V10 engine in it? Well it most certainly does…
This RV sleeps 5 people comfortably but you could easily put a cot and/or sleeping bag in the living room floor, and the little kids could also share beds making even more room. The kitchen has an electric slide and all appliances work great; AC, Heat, Water Heater, Water Pump, Fridge, Stove, Convection Microwave. Its not new by any means so it has reasonable wear for a 19 year old RV but you"re not paying the price of a new one! Besides normal wear the canvass on the front and slide awning’s need to be replaced. The front passenger side laminate by the loft window needs to be replaced as we hit a wind storm in MT and had a very hard wind gust get under the seam and rip part of the laminate off. Pics were taken just prior to our trip up here so I"ll try getting a pic of the damage asap. The RV also has a couple spots of delamination that are cosmetic. The Generator holds a load but previous owners didn’t periodically start it enough so the carburetor could use a good cleaning as it sometimes surges. The heat/ac in the cab work great but the vent selection is stuck on defrost due to a vacuum leak, bad switch, or blown fuse. There are no current water leaks but I did find a small soft spot on the roof. Looks like the rubber roof had been compromised at some point before being sealed by previous owners. Again, there are no current leaks so I personally wouldn’t be concerned with patching it. I’m just trying to be as honest and up front as possible so you know what you’re buying. This RV is still worth every penny that I’m asking for it so don’t think otherwise! =)
The RV books for $13,700 at NADA so taking into consideration the time of year and repairs the $10k asking price is FIRM . Price will go up in the spring so I’m just testing there waters to see if I can move it now before winter settles in. Cash is always king but I will consider taking partial trade for items of interest; 4x4 ATV, RTV/UTV with dump bed, 4x4 tractor with loader, Subaru Outback or Forester, semi-auto firearms, bulk ammo, or other items if interest. I have a clean and clear title in hand so lets make it happen!
