We have listed our beautiful 27FT 1999 Sunnybrook 5th wheel for sale near Arlington
The 5th wheel is in absolutely amazing condition. Interior is like new. We are the second owners. We are selling it because we simply never use it, and would like to buy a boat instead.
During the entire life of the 5th wheel, it has been meticulously maintained. The 5th wheel is literally like new. It also has a full list of options. The fridge is 2011. The bed is brand new. Every component inside and out works perfectly. Our 5th wheel has been inspected recently by a local RV dealership, and absolutely ZERO mechanical issues were observed. This 5th wheel has been kept under shelter most of its life, except for the recent past when we have moved it and prepared it for sale.
We have all records, maintenance records, and manufacturer documents.
The 5th wheel has enjoyed cleanliness all of its life, with the fact that it"s never been used. But we recently had a deep clean done inside and out anyway. This 5th wheel is literally spotless.
PRICE: Comparable trailers sell for $10,000 - $12,500. Other people have LESSER AND OLDER 5th wheels for $8,000-$10,000. Our price gives you a realized 40-50% discount below the competition. Do some research and look at what"s available for $6,000. If you buy, you are getting it at 40-50% lower than anywhere else - We are selling for $6,000 to get it sold ASAP. We could spend time and get $8,000-9,000 for it, but it must go ASAP in order for us to get the boat.
