Up for sale is a 1999 Newmar Kountry Star fifth wheel (KS FW 34 BKSA). .This has been kept in great condition, and as far as I know everything works perfect. .The older style metal siding. .Has 2 of the longer slides outs, one in bedroom, and one in living room. .Rear kitchen area about fully stocked with cookware, flatware, dishware etc. .New queen mattress 60x80, solid maple cabinets, 2 large bedroom closets, plus 12 drawers of space in bedroom. .Tub/shower combo, with skylight. .Sofa hide a bed, Built in CD/radio, front and rear speakers, and has tv antenna with boosters (which alot of folks are now using again). .Soft touch ceiling, and ceiling fan. .Table and chairs, corian counter top, stainless steel kitchen sink. .Has 3 burner range w/Piezzo ignition, range hood with light and fan, and 22" microwave. .8 cubic feet fridge with raised panel. .Vent with rain sensor, exterior front and rear gel coated. .Has 15M BTU Air Conditioner Brisk Air, and hear in floor ducts. .2 thirty gal LP tanks, 10 gal wather heater, 21" awning with extra support bar, batt disconnect switch, LP detector. .Front power jacks and rear stabalizing jacks. .30 amp hookup. .Insulated and enclosed underside. .Spare tire, 80 gal fresh water, 50 grey, 50 black. .Plus, many other extras, and outside storage. .This will probably need a good outside cleaning. .No leaks or water damage. .Just one small spot in bedroom closet, but not from leak it looks like. .Underside looks great, and soft spots or any noticeable bad areas at all. .The fold out bedroom small rectangle window will need replacing because it broke with I was folding it in the other month. .Has carpet inside thats in fairly decent shape, and plastic tile in kitchen. .
