1999 Newmar Dutchstar Motorhome . Unbelievably clean inside and out. We are the second owner and have had this unit since 2006. The motorhome has been well maintained and ready for any road trip you have planned. Always stored under cover and the like new tires always rest on heavy rubber mats. Everything is in great working order. Must see to really appreciate how clean and great condition this motorhome is in. All awnings are in great condition and easy to open. Lots of storage space underneath. The generator works great and the unit has new batteries for charging. Many extras were ordered by the original owner such as the Flex steel leather furniture, the cherry cabinets throughout, tile flooring in the living and kitchen area. The slide works very smooth and all canopies are in great shape. The air and heating unit was replaced last season because the control was to difficult to use, while that was being done the roof was redone at the same time. There have never been any leaks with this unit. The refrigerator was replaced a couple of seasons ago, so it is like new. The Michelin tires only have 7,000 miles on them. The tv in the bedroom has been replaced with a flat screen. We updated the light fixtures and cabinet hardware with brushed nickel. The front entry has been redone with hard wood to match the beautiful cherry cabinets. This is truly a great motorhome inside and out, ready for adventure. We have downsized to slide in camper which works better for the way we camp now. The mileage is 93,463 miles. There are the original manuals for everything as well as service records.
