This motor home is road ready. I only used it 2 times as we are to busy to enjoy it. Good tires, Brand new front ac unit (warrantied) rear unit is in very good condition, No leaks. I had an extra leaf spring installed for extra support on passengers side as it just didnt feel right to me. had one accident prior to me, previous owner showed me the scuff on front Drivers side bumper, nothing else noted about that. needs clear coat as it is starting to bubble, does not affect functionality. Onan 4500 generator needs rotor/stater to run, has new starter. Awnings in good shape. Home is financed. strong motor, come get your new (on the road) home.
