32 foot Fleetwood ready for camping. Sleeps 7, queen bed in private rear area. All engine fluids have been upgraded to synthetic fluids. This includes the Transmission, Power steering, Rear differential, and Engine. The 454 engine has just received a fresh synthetic oil change. The starter, power steering pump, alternator and belts are 6 months old. 7 new tires have only 200 miles on them and cost $2800. The Onan Emerald plus 4000 watt generator works well, has had a recent oil change and has only 223 hours on it. The dual ACs get very cold. The water heater works . The stove and microwave operate fully. The refrigerator gets cold. The furnace gets hot. It comes with 3 Interstate brand batteries in good condition. Trailer hitch wired and ready to tow. Has storage compartments throughout including underneath. AM FM CD with Bluetooth. Some damage to rear bumper and fiberglass only cosmetic, see photos at end.
