This motor home is road ready. I have only used it a few times as we are to busy to enjoy it. Good tires,(2015) Brand new front ac unit (warrantied), rear unit is in very good condition, . No issues with either slide out, they both work great and do not leak. No rips or tares in awnings. It was in a minor accident prior to my ownership, previous owner showed me the scuff on front Drivers side bumper, nothing else noted about that. needs clear coat as it is starting to bubble, does not affect functionality. TONS of Storage inside and out. Washer/dryer combo works well. New wiper blades recently installed, new fuel filter also recently replaced. Will have oil changed again prior to new owner taking possession. Onan 4500 generator needs rotor/stater to run, has new starter. Awnings in good shape. Home is financed at $1500 = reserve price. strong V10 gasoline engine, cover. 30 amp power cord with extra 30 " rv extension cord, chocks, home made blocks for leveling, good water hose etc all included.
