Trailer has a slide out and a Mid tack room as well as the folding rear tack room if needed, rooftop hay deck, Aluminum floor. Wheel wells are inset so its allot wider than most trailers. Living quarters has Onan generator (only 166 HRS) Propane heat, Refrigerator/freezer,A/C, Toilet, Shower Microwave, Flat screen TV mount, Stove, Water heater, lots of closet/ storage space, bed over gooseneck, 17" awning. Breakfast converts to bed. Tires 90%, 2 spare tires LED tail lights, extra brake lights and flood lights,Torsion axles.7"6" inside height, 91" inside width. Everything works, Paint and body great.2 panels on the left side were replaced after the trailer was backed against a pole and the color is slightly different. The awning over the slide out and the right side awning are starting to show some age. Great rig for going for the weekend or cross country. Stored inside most of its life, pulls like a dream.
