NO RESERVE Auction! For you consideration is a nice 1999 Coachmen Catalina Model 322QB with only 20,640 very low original miles. This Class A Motorhomes has the Ford F550 suspension, Triton V10 and 3 speed with overdrive automatic transmission. It starts, drives and runs GREAT! There are No mechanical issues, leaks or concerns. Dash AC & heater works good.
This unit is smoke free, pet free and COVID free. It has plenty of storage inside and out. All six tires were replaced in Sept 2018 & have less then 600 miles. Coach batteries are also newer & replaced with Interstates, all cables are very clean & in excellent shape.
The living room area has 2 jack-knife sofas with seat belts, both turn into beds, the dinning room booth also turns into a bed for kids, it also has seat belts. The front seats swivel and recline, both have arm rest, all in perfect condition . There are no weird smells, tears or rips in interior , like new condition. The rear bedroom has a queen bed that"s very comfortable and like the rest of the interior barely used and in excellent shape.
The outside storage is awesome with two pass thru compartments, all well insulated, all water tight with good rubber seals and have lights. All have latches & key lock. There"s one missing twist latch on propane door.
It came equipped with leveling jacks, but for some reason they stopped working. Controller panel has all-up alarm when its turned on, fluid level is good, has one rear jack that sags 3-4" and is now supported up with a rubber bungee cord, so the magnetic switch is engaged, but still didn"t correct the issue. I believe its a simple fix, but can"t be sure.
Has minor cosmetic issues on exterior , as expected with age. The windshields are not pitted or cracked, but has 1 small rock chip that was repaired on drivers side above road view. Previous owner did some white wash touch up on corner of hood. Obviously it will have some scratches, fading and such, but nothing major. Roof doesn"t leak and no signs of it ever doing so. Just applied a f resh coat of Hengs rubber roof coating "rated best in market" (see picture). I replaced one hood/scoop cover over one of the air vents. Installed one of two NEW Penguin AC covers ($340), second one arrives this week.
