Selling my 1999 Coachman Catalina 25 ft. Class C RV with a Ford V10 Triton Engine with 57,000 miles. The RV has an aftermarket installed Hydraulic Leveler ( $ 4,500.00), takes only 2 minutes level the RV for a good nights sleep. The short length of 26 ft allows you to use the RV in all California campgrounds. The floor plan is very popular because it separates the bedroom from the cooking area. The RV has three beds, a bathroom, shower, fridge and Stove with an oven. I took out the microwave and converted the space into additional storage. An AC unit, a propane heater and an Oman Generator complete the package. Everything works!
I have also added LED interior lighting, an aftermarket Battery monitor and a rear facing camera. The camper battery is a Trojan and the engine battery is an Interstate that is less than a year old. Also, I added a driver"s side air seat. I am selling the RV because we just don"t need such a large rig anymore, the kids are grown and have moved out.
There are some negatives, the previous owner backed into something, bending the rear bumper and roof ladder. See pictures.
Was purchased and titled in California. Currently has a clean title in Oregon. Thanks for looking.
