Vehicle description

This is a 1999 Beaver Marquis Tourmaline, class A Diesel 40 foot motor-home I bought about 5 years ago - according to the dealer it had one previous owner, with original selling price of $500,000. I have made some major renovations to the coach including Mirage walnut floors, a walnut kitchen table, and updated LED sconces in the living room, bathroom, and bedroom.
The bathroom has been completely remodeled with travertine subway tile, an all glass shower enclosure, and a solid granite shower pan. All of the fixtures have been updated to top of the line Kohler/Moen. The coach has cherry wood throughtout, with two large cedar closets and lots of storage. All of the couches & chairs are full grain leather except the two kitchen chairs are cloth. Bed is newly purchased Queen size.
450 hp Cummins diesel engine 93,726 miles with an Onan quiet diesel 10,000 generator (model 10.0HDCAA/11506A) 677 hours. Engine runs great and it has PEP. Comes with tow hookup you just need to get the part for your car and the cables.
The coach has 50 amp power, 120v house Batteries are about a year old. Dometic fridge, with Gaggenau range with original Sony convection oven, the tvs have been updated to HD Sony and Samsung models with Samsung speakers (Samsung sub woofer in the front tv). I just put a computer behind them and they play whatever I want.
I have made a significant investment to upgrade this coach, and everything is in working order - that being said this is an RV and it does have its quirks. For example - the hot water heater has had the electric re-wired to a different circuit and the GFI needs to be reset from time to time. The headlights are terrible, I mean terrible - don"t plan on driving at night. The heat is diesel and it is extraordinarily expensive to run - think $300/week minimum. When you do a lot of breaking (as in when you are parking the coach and you have to go back and forward a lot) you have to sit and wait for the air to fill up or else the breaks really don"t work well. But when driving on local roads/highways they work great.
The damage to this coach is minimal, there is some cat damage to the leather, one side panel was bent slightly (see image), the clear coat is peeling on top/back in some areas.
There a lot of projects I have not got to - I would like to update the headlights, install automatic shades, and replace the captains chairs and the leather couch (there is some cat damage to the leather), and fix the clear coat - but all in all it is a great coach and very comfortable to live in. This was my full time home for five years and I am selling because I just bought a house.
Please feel free to ask any questions - but gentlemen this is an auction WITH NO RESERVE.
If you are curious according to NADA the low retail on this coach is $69,500 the average is $83,730. This is sold as is. Happy bidding!
