Vehicle description
This is a very clean trailer with a few blemishes (as shown in photos). I purchased this trailer from the original owner last fall, removed carpet and installed wood-grain vinyl flooring, replaced all roof vents and side vent and air conditioner shroud, kitchen faucet, battery and upgraded the original 12 volt water pump. All appliances, heaters and air works flawlessly. The "A&E" awning can be tricky sometimes and takes 2 experienced people to retract. Bearings and brakes have been well maintained and tires have plenty of tread left. Reese Hitch and weight distribution bars included.
