Up for sale is a near MINT CONDITION 1998 Fleetwood Flair (big statement I know). This motor home only has 21K miles (see odometer pic). It is in NEAR NEW CONDITION on the inside (see pics) and mechanically, the engine and transmission function like they are BRAND NEW! There are NO OIL LEAKS ANYWHERE! NO WATER LEAKS OR DAMAGE either for that matter. Everything functions as it should in this RV. Also, the motor home will be cleaned prior to pick up, with the carpets professionally steam cleaned in advance to your arrival along with a full tank of gas so you will be ready to hit the road upon pick up. Where else can you find a quality motor home with less than 22K miles for less than $30K? With all of that being said, it"s not to say this RV doesn"t have its issues/circumstances, but these items may be taken care of for you beforehand if you like. Let"s discuss them further. . Although this is a near mint condition RV, it is not a brand new model. I look at it like a house, it could maybe use a little "updating". In the full asking price, everything is taken care of before you pick it up. If the full asking price is beyond your budget or you would just like to save some money, we have identified the items that could be done and their respective prices, so if you would like to take items off of the "TO DO" list, then you can save that money off the cost of the motor home. At the BUY IT NOW asking price, the motor home will include the following ($3,500 worth of items):
1. Seven (7) brand new tires (includes spare) mounted, balanced with a 4-wheel alignment. ($1,200 value). The tires that are on it now are in good shape and aren"t old or cracked, but they only have about half the tread left. They have about 10-15K miles of life left. (I can measure the actual tread depth for you if you like). 2. Single din car stereo with 7" flip up touch screen Navigation/Bluetooth/CD/DVD player ($400 value) 3. 2 New HD LED TV"s installed (one above driver/passenger seat, one in bedroom)($400 value) 4. New updated kitchen faucet (Stainless Steel Delta with magnatite pull down sprayer) ($250 value) 5. New white sink with stainless steel faucet for bathroom ($150 value). 6. New updated interior lighting fixtures ($400 value) 7. Repaint the striping on the RV to new metallic colors (Blue, Gray & Silver (see pics). If you would like 3 different colors (maybe trying to match trailer, tow vehicle, etc), just go down to your local auto parts store and look for the Dupli-Color Perfect Match paint selection they have and tell me the color name, manufacturer it"s for and the paint code and I will use your choices)($700 value). I"m selling this motor home for a family friend (from Phoenix). I have clear signed off Arizona title in hand ready for registering. I just completed a 1,500 mile road trip with the motor home without any incident from Phoenix where it is from. Please allow 2-4 weeks for RV pick up for completion of "TO DO" items.
