1996 Flair-Fleetwood Motorhome - - - - $9,000 As Is-Where is ! ! !
We are her 2nd owners ! She has been especially loved but we have moved up in size. We have absolutely loved our time in her. We are the second owners and purchased her in February of 2013. She drives like a dream and is extremely maneuverable.
Everything you need is available at the touch of a button. Her 4,000 KW generator was rebuilt about 100 hours ago at a cost of $3,000.
She is in need of some TLC but the low price gives you some flexibility on how you want to clean her up. She needs a new awning (About $750) and the roof could use a sealing. No leaks though. But, stay ahead of the weather. I sealed it three years ago with Flex Seal which worked well but is in need of another coat. (About $400) Or, you can pay a dealer to seal the roof professionally for about $1,000.
Registration is paid through February of 2020. . .I will get her smog checked for transfer of ownership.
