Vehicle description

To be clear, this is a fixer upper. It is a 1998 Fleetwood Bounder Class A that is 35 feet long and has approximately 34,000 miles on it. I very much wanted to renovate this for a cross-country road trip with my family but I ran out of time, unfortunately.
Details: It has been mostly gutted. All furniture and the vast majority of the carpet has been removed and staples pulled. It still has original toilet, shower, stove-top, propane/electric refrigerator, vent hood, microwave, and kitchen sink. I know the refrigerator works but have not used the sinks, toilet, shower, or stove top but was told they still work. It has an Onan generator that works but does need service. It has a 100 gallon freshwater tank, 50 gallon greywater tank, and 50 gallon blackwater tank as well as the original hot water heater. There are 2 ac/heater units on the roof that seem to work fine. It has a large propane tank (not sure how large) that will also need to be serviced. It has 2 amps and while it is gutted, all electrical components (12v and 110v) are still wired and in place and can be modified to your renovation. The roof will need to be treated or resurfaced. Tires are about 8 years old. It will need to be re-caulked on all seems. There has been some minor water damage as a result of it not being re-caulked sooner but I have not seen anything significant. It has the original driver"s seat but the passenger seat has been removed. I have 2 stationary (1 left side, 1 right) and one folding (left side) shuttle bus seats made by Freedman that are in excellent condition that I would include, as well as an 18"" door I was going to use on the bathroom remodel. As we started our renovation, we sanded and primed the walls in a Kilz restoration grade primer.
I am selling this as-is with n o warranties or guarantees on the RV itself or any of the components. If you are looking for a renovation project, this seems like a much better option than buying a used school bus as it has WAY fewer miles than any skoolie you will find and it is already gutted, insulated, and set up to do what you are trying to do without significant modification, which is why I took it on. If the buy uses escrow.com, you may have the vehicle professionally inspected before hand at your cost. I have current appointment at a nearby RV servicer scheduled on November 10th that you could take on.
