1998 Casita 17ft spirit standard travel trailer. This is the standard model with no restroom, it does have a 15 gallon fresh water holder tank with a 12v sureflo water pump, there’s no 12v battery on this unit, it has to be plugged in to shore power for everything to work in the interior, No grey water holding tank, No black water holding tank, Lp gas water heater that supplies hot water to the sink, Unknown condition didn’t test, furnace “unknown condition” didnt test, 6000 btu LP A/C unit, Lp gas two burner stove in working condition, microwave, 3-way dometic 4cu ft fridge “Working condition” All 12v lighting in the trailer is in working condition. 14” tires “2 years old, spare tire “new-unused”, bearings re-greased, no leaks, windows been resealed, exterior screw caps all redone/resealed. Chassis has some surface rust. The interior carpeting has been repaired in the past, the previous owner stated that it was sagging and they had to cut to apply new glue. Floors has new wood and vinyl tiles. Rear large dinette full size bed that converts back to a dinning table. Side dinette table converts to a single person bed. Front sofa area which can sleep one additional person.
