1998 Casita 17ft spirit standard travel trailer. Since new this trailer was used by a pipeline company as employee temporary shelter. This is the standard model with no restroom, it does have a fresh water holder tank, water heater, furnace “unknown uncondition” didnt test, 6000 btu LP A/C unit, Lp gas two burner stove, microwave, 3-way dometic 4cu ft fridge. Everything in the trailer is in working condition. 14” tires “2 years old, spare tire “new-unused”, bearings re-greased, no leaks, windows been resealed, exterior screw caps all redone/resealed. Rear large dinette full size bed that converts back to a dinning table. Side dinette table converts to a single person bed. Front sofa area which can sleep one additional person.
