Great condition and well-maintained. Was used primarily in Arizona, then 1 summer in Southern Michigan, then completely serviced and meticulously cleaned and stored inside since fall of 2015 with batteries removed; batteries replaced and rig driven around town 4 times a year. Starts up immediately every time.
All appliances and moving parts work correctly and without issue -heater, plumbing, electrical system, a/c"s, stove top, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, rear camera, slide mechanism, door locks, windows/screens- except the items mentioned below (generator, leveling jack and steps). No roof leaks, no plumbing leaks.
Tires have less than 5000 miles on them!
Less than 50,000 miles, drives great anywhere from city streets to desert roads to mountain curves. Has a hitch for towing, we towed a Hyundai Elantra by dolly and it pulled smoothly.
