38 feet, or so, beautiful indoor palace. All the goodies, TV, microwave, refrigerator, stove. Queen Bed, Fold out beds, Dinette bed conversion. Everything works except generator has to be started from outside. Good tires. Unusual bathroom opens from both sides so it serves both bedroom occupants OR front kitchen/lounge occupants without disturbing bedroom. A/C is strong. Bought this from a man you can talk to if you like but never used it since my wife developed Alzheimers and my travelling/camping days are over. . Paid $14,000 a year ago. and fixed a thousand dollars worth of small issues. . . Low mileage is the biggie and it is about 45,000 miles. . Big Ford engine. . . No idea what the gas mileage is. (If you care about that you don"t need one.). . I live in the boondocks, but the GPS usually works. . .Located in Husser, La. About 15 miles north of Hammond. Come drive it. I can"t drive it but I have a friend who will assist you. for his price. This is NOT a flood vehicle and is not a rebuild.
