1997 Fleetwood Bounder Class A.
1997 36’ fleetwood bounder with only 49,680 miles. I bought it from the 2nd owners last year. They were in their 70s they had it for about 15-20 years from what her friend could remember. It runs great. There was minor water damage were someone left the drivers side window open. See picture. Everything is still solid. The roof was redone about 7-8 years ago professionally. It’s all very sound. We started remodeling it. It has new vinyl flooring. Brand new battery. My wife started painting the cabinets so she’s done the doors but we had our 4th child and she hasn’t had the time. It has a pretty good back up camera. It has 1 slide. Washer hookup, outdoor shower, awning, full size shower & toilet is a separate room. Yes it still has some minor cosmetic work to be done but it is definitely ready to go right now. It blue books for 14,000-18,000.
