“Very good condition. It is in great condition if you consider that it is 20 years old. Everything works, starts right up and runs great. New tires and new air shocks (over 3000.00 just for tires and shocks). It would be great for a live in while rebuilding from storm damage because it is self contained. It is also great for boondocking (camping away from a campground) Stairs work with the door when the batteries are turned on. (they slide in and out)” |

Vehicle description
I listed 3 air conditioners because there are 2 for the coach and 1 as part of the truck itself, but that is only while driving. You can actually use a roof ac while driving if you run the generator, but I haven"t found that necessary. It runs great, no mechanical problems that I am aware of. Everything works inside, most if not all interior lights are LED. The sofa makes a bed, the dinette makes a bed and there is a walk around queen bed with lots of storage. It has a full bath with a stall shower and a sink in the bathroom as well as storage. 3 burner stove, I don"t know the actual size of the fridge, but it is close to full size, I don"t know what is considered full size. Lots of storage inside and underneath, drawers closet for hanging clothes. The roof was recently resealed. We decided to sell it because I bought it without considering my driving skills. I drove it on a highway and Walmart parking lot before purchase and then I took it into town. I had to have my wife get out and spot me so I could make a turn without hitting a car. I had to back up 2 times. So the "happy wife saying kicked in and she ain"t happy with my ability to handle this much motorhome. I have a Nissan truck. I need something smaller or some Valium for my wife. I am fine on the highway, but I need a GPS that says "you can"t handle the turns in this town", or something to that effect. We love the living space, but, I have enough problems with my small utility trailer on the back of my truck. I have been and will continue to use it and practice my driving, so it will only be for sale until I either get the right price or attain the proper skill level. If you need more pictures or info, please contact me. We are in no hurry either way. It would obviously have to be picked up here in Louisiana. (besides you will want to drive it and make sure everything works before purchase anyway.)
