Brand new 4 tires, brakes ( drums, pads, etc), the unit does not have central heating, No fridge, and no hot water unit. So far we are not able open the slide out ! Water , propane and electricity have to been tested. The included Screen is probably worth more then 1,000$, the queen mattress is brand new and of very high quality. Shower, toilet, cabinets, exterior door and windows all look in good condition. We just installed a brand new marine/deep cycle battery. The landing gears legs and back mechanical legs are working well.
