1996 Bounder (34 FT) is in very good shape. Runs and drives Great! Has 83,000 miles on it. However, the Engine only has 23,000 miles on it(Chevy-454) and transmission has only 10,000 miles on it. Inside is in very good condition, has a full with shower and bath tub! New carpeting in the living room. Does nee a water line replaced from water tank to the pump, needs gas line from tank to the generator. See Pics! You will get a clean title signed by my mother Marie Richards the owner.

Any water damage or soft spots anywhere or delamination on the outside? A few small abrasions Middle/back passenger side. What is the condition of the tires, brakes, exhaust? All good. Does the dash and roof air conditioning work? Both on the roof work don"t think the dash one does. Do you have all the manuals? Yes and receipts from when the engine was replaced and tranny was rebuilt. Is it road ready to drive anywhere? Yes runs Great just took for a ride the other day.
