1995 Winnebago Itasca, 25ft; 63k Miles, clean title, new tires, RUNS!

The good The major IMPORTANT ad EXPENSIVE parts are good: 63,000 miles engine which can run up to 300,000 (Ford 8 cylinders), good transmission, almost new tires worth over 1000 dollars . . That can get you anywhere for MANY years. . PLUS: inside it looks VERY nice. Good condition shower, cabinets, new refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, roofing, paint, wooden floor . . Added good mattress . . . The generator: An important notice: The generator got serviced but I did not connect it so not sure its condition, i was told it was working. you need to connect it, and to fix the cables of the blinker along that which got disconnected along its cable. since I can get for 300 dollars a NEW 5000 watts generator (which will be added to the price) and so before going through the hassle of installing the old one (which you can sell for 100 dollars or more) want you to decide if to get the new one. Another option is to have a lower watt INVERTER quiet one for the same price (around 2200 watts). It is your decision, to have the old one, or to invest in a new one, inverter or regular one . . I"m saying that since the old one is hanging until deciding and give a bad impression . . I believe it is worth to invest in a new one rather than deal with connecting and installing that one . . . . The bad: THE OUTSIDE pictures are 4 months old. it is not looking anymore like that, has no idea how come it came to fading poisiiton in such a short time, probably the dessert sun. the RV paint is fading, maybe can be refreshed with armour oil. it 1995 after all, especially the stripes are in bad condition. the pictures were taking 4 months ago and somehow the Nevada sun got it looking way worse, plus it has some rust as ALL old cars do have. I got an offer of 1200 dollars professional paint job, which you can finance by RENTING it out using the booking I HAVE ALREADY, of 1300 dollars . . Detales ahead . . However, if you want a FUNCTIONAL RV for ridicules price, it is a VERY good deal and I REALLY hurt to sell it for that price for needing money urgently. . needing a fuel gough I"ve installed a new ceiling and had water damages repaired but it is not 100 percent, although quite well with some minor repairs, including a side panel pulled off. the inner air conditioning needs freon and the front one works perfectly.
Had a wooden floor installed but needing to finishing the gluing part, it looks very nice. . AFTER YOU BUY IT, in addition to using it, you can rent it out to people and make money (only optional, of course). There are 1600 dollars booking of the RV it, you can post it on multiple sites and make 120 dollars a day. You get the 1300 as part of our deal bonus . . Which you can invest in professional paint to make it like new while paying very little money for it . . Or, of course, you can cancel it and just use it for yourself . .
Clean California title. Need to register and smog it in your state, not California since there are about 600 dollars back fees.
