We bought this in June to travel around Florida to see if we liked the RV lifestyle. We love it but want something slightly bigger now to live in for a good part of next year. This Rialta"s gas mileage, and setup are nice and the design is ergonomic and efficient. Two burner gas stove, stainless sink, Bathroom with toilet, sink, medicine cabinet and full shower. Dinette that converts to full sized bed, closet, multiple drawers, cabinets and storage space throughout. So much light and air thanks to the cross ventilation windows and skylight vent. The previous owner invested a great deal for reliability which is why we bought from him. New transmission, batteries, air conditioning and microwave. It has a new propane generator on the back which runs everything whenever needed. The refrigerator runs on gas or electric. Everything-the bathroom, shower, generator, stove, new microwave, refrigerator, hot water heater, sink, grey and black water systems-run well and are in great shape. We averaged 17-18 MPG. One of the reasons we wanted a Rialta is that it drives like a big van and at only 21 feet can fit into standard parking spots. This creates great ease of travel. Layout has seating for four. The front seats spin to open up the space. We had a blast in this, our Winnebago Rialta. The safety, warmth, coziness and ease of pulling into beautiful locations made us appreciate this size. We hope this RV might be perfect for you. In terms of things that aren"t perfect, the front seat upholstery is fully functional but could be replaced, and there are the usual scuffs and minor scars on the exterior.
